I've been in mommy-mode all day long today. I made these really cute charms for my daughters cheerleading team using polymer clay. 
This was the first time really working with polymer clay. Making a perfect heart shape was a little challenging. The line in the middle is supposed to be their heartbeat theme (cause their Fearless Allstars). However, what you see is what they got-LOL! They were a big hit.
